The Teapot Class

Learn the basics of teapot making, proper spouts , handles, and lids creating. In this 4-week class, you will explore the basics of a teapot, create it on the wheel, and what makes it pour and filter the tea well. This is a class meets for 4 weeks, and it is 2.5 hrs long , thus it is aimed at potters who are comfortable with the basics, i.e. able to make a 6" tall wheel piece with no issues.

Glazing will be done during the last class, so don't miss it!  Class clay is provided to every student. Additional clay may be purchased in the store. You may want to bring an apron and a handtowel. Everything else, we've got you covered!
