Saturday Morning Beginning Wheel
Come take a pottery class at Ceramica. Taught by master ceramicist, Julie Rowe, this 6-week course will teach you the basics of wheel-throwing. The art of throwing pottery centers your spirits while you center your clay. Bring a spirit of patience and joy. You will be well rewarded.

About the event
Class includes 10 lbs of clay, 2 hours per week of open studio time by appointment, firing of class projects and studio clear, white and black glazes. Please bring an apron and hand towel. You will need a beginners pottery kit, which we have available in the store, and a small pail for water (about the size of a beach bucket). You can find those in the paint department at Lowes. Buy these things in advance of the class. Our store is open 10-5 Monday through Friday. 10-2 on Saturdays.
