Immerse yourself in the world of ceramics with our captivating handbuilding with coils class, where artistry and craftsmanship combine to create a unique Halloween candy bowl. This hands-on workshop is designed to introduce participants to the ancient technique of coil building while tapping into the spirit of the season. Under the guidance of our skilled instructor, Jason Cope, you'll explore the art of clay manipulation and coil construction, culminating in the creation of your very own enchanting candy bowl for Halloween.
In this special 4-week class, Jason will teach you the fundamentals of handbuilding with coils. Learn how to create form with several small projects before you move on to the final project - your very own halloween candy bowl!
All projects will be ready for pick-up before trick-or-treating!
Please bring a hand towel and apron. All tools and materials will be provided.
