About the event
Is wheel throwing as fun as it looks? You bet! In this 6-week class, you will learn the fundamentals of throwing pottery on the wheel to start your journey with clay. You will learn the basic techniques to get your journey with clay started. Glazing will be done during the last class, so don't miss it! Clay is provided.. You may want to bring an apron and a hand towel to stay tidy. Class is held Wednesday evenings From October 11th to November 15th at 6pm.
A 25 pound clay bag is included for the class, and you will get a choice of a brown or a white clay. Please note that this is a two and half hour long introductory class. Extra practice time will be allowed throughout the session. Click here to check out Nate's work on Instagram.
